Yes, your subscription will renew automatically if you do not cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription anytime. To cancel your subscription go to My account section and click on Billing, there you can cancel your subscription. It is as simple as that. If you were subscribed via App Store or Play Store please manage your subscription via your App Store or Play Store account.
There are multiple reasons for payment errors. Firstly, please use a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Debit cards or AMEX cause errors. Secondly, make sure you have sufficient balance and that your credit card is open for international online payments. If you still receive errors, please download our mobile app and try your payment via the App Store or Play Store. Make sure to log in with the same mail address.

Yes, if you need more minutes, you can upgrade your subscription. To do that, go to the My Account page and click on the Billing card. Then, click on the Check Subscription button. You can select the plan you need from the tab that opens. The system automatically upgrades your account, and you only pay the price difference.
You can also purchase a subscription if you have a monthly plan. Please cancel your previous subscription by going to the billing page to avoid double billing. Each customer is expected to have at most one active subscription at any time.
You can use your minutes for one month from the day you pay. Unused minutes will expire after one month. Once your subscription is renewed, your minutes will be added automatically.
